Hallowbaloo reached out to me to photograph their event. I was partnered with the Director of Dazzle, Miss Catwings. We were hired to roam the streets of the festival, seeking out Hallowbaloo's most dressed up characters whom were awarded $1,000 cash. Miss Catwings chose 10, inaugural Golden Pineapple Awards. Each winner (individual *or* group) received $100 cash and a Golden Pineapple. The photographs of each winner were be published on Hallowbaloo's social channels as well as the local news stations.
