Corporate Event & Non-Profit Photography on Oahu - Mike Vidales

I often photograph corporate events and nonprofit functions here on Oahu—events that spotlight the people and organizations making real change in our community.

Most recently, I was hired by fellow photographer and colleague Joe Esser to document an event for his client, The Hawaii Community Foundation. They hosted an awards ceremony at the Regal Dole Cannery in Honolulu, Hawaii, and it was an absolute privilege to capture it all.

As a corporate event photographer in Hawaii, my goal is always to reflect the tone of the occasion and highlight the key moments that matter most. For this event, that meant photographing the Foundation’s main sponsors—whose generosity fuels the organization’s mission—as well as documenting the awards presentation, candid interactions, and all the emotion in between.

From heartfelt speeches to standing ovations, the evening was a celebration of impact and community. The energy in the room was uplifting and purposeful, and photographing it reminded me just how powerful visual storytelling can be.

If you're searching for an Oahu non-profit photographer or need a photographer for your next corporate or foundation event in Hawaii, I’d love to help you document the heart behind the work. Big thanks again to Joe for the collaboration and to the Hawaii Community Foundation for the incredible difference they’re making across the islands.
